After its incredible success on every other platform, Apex Legends has finally made its way to your mobile devices.
Respawn Studio’s free battle royal game with futuristic gameplay mechanics and fluid combat is here to win your hearts. Apex Legends allows you to join a squad of 3 to enter the match and mark your way towards becoming the Apex Predator.
To get the most out of the game and to have the best experience possible, you need to know which Legend suits your playstyle and what weapon works for you the best, and to sort that out, we are bringing you a detailed Tier list which will not only help you choose the best available options but also will keep you updated on upcoming changes as well.
So let’s get right into it.
All legends are categorized depending upon their abilities and the difference they make on the battlefield. Each Legend has its own unique passive and tactical abilities combined with powerful Ultimate to help their teammates and dominate the fight.
Bloodhound is a hunter who lost his home and parents and is raised by his uncle, who adopted him. Instead of using technology and other advanced techniques, he followed his old ways and learned different tactics to hunt and track the enemies.
Bloodhound is the best available scout in the game, thanks to his set of abilities making him a deadly hunter against the rest of the legends.
The eye of the All father an ability that allows bloodhound to scan and see the enemies in the nearby territory. The scan goes beyond the walls and can let you see through smoke, which comes in handy against legends like Bangalore.
It includes Tracker which allows him to easily track the enemy’s footprints and the duration of them from the very time they got created so you can plan in advance to hunt down your prey.
Bloodhound’s Ultimate is known BEAST OF THE HUNT, which is exactly what it’s meant. This ultimate gives Bloodhound a boost in movement speed which can be very useful against catching up to the escaping targets or to dodge the bullets of your enemies.
Not only that it massively reduces the cooldown time of his Tactical ability as well making him even more deadly, and if that’s not enough he can see the enemies through smoke without his tactical during the period of Ultimate making him a merciless predator.
This giant fella is a fortress in himself. He loves to keep his teammates protected, and to make sure of that; he has an interesting set of abilities to work with.
THE DOME OF PROTECTION as the name suggests, Gibraltar’s tactical allows him to create a dome around him and his team which can protect them from any incoming fire and damage; while staying under the dome, neither you can shoot nor get shot.
It gives you enough time to heal or revive your teammates, and it can help you out against the ultimates of your enemies like Bangalore or an enemy Gibby which can deal massive damage to your team.
Gibraltar as a tank already takes 15% less incoming damage, and on top of that, his passive ability “Gun Shield” brings an extra layer of protection. To use that, Gibraltar always needs to be in the ADS, which can slow down his movements, but it’s a good trade for accuracy and reduced incoming damage.
Gibraltar’s ultimate can only be enough to put him in our top-tier list as it brings hell upon its enemies to whomever it touches. Defensive Bombardment allows Gibby to call upon a deadly airstrike which can clear out his enemies within seconds if they get caught up in the strike.
For years, Wraith struggled with the voices in her head until a point she finally learned how to control them and to use them against her enemies.
Thanks to her unique teleportation abilities and movements she’s still one of the most popular picks in Apex legends, and now she has arrived on your mobile to assist you in your victory.
Wraith’s tactical Into the void makes her an aggressive legend as she can either sneak up to her enemies silently or escape the fight if she’s being outnumbered. During her Phase mode, she does not receive any damage from the gunfire.
Voices from the void make Wraith aware of her surroundings and warn her if the enemy is targeting her. This gives her time to hide or plan her strategy against them and of course to warn her teammates as well.
Wraith’s Ultimate Dimensional Rift allows here to create a portal between two points. While traveling through the rift, you cannot receive any damage, but your movements get restricted due to teleportation. Unlike Wraith’s tactical, which is only meant for her, Rift can be used by her teammates as well as enemies to travel distances. So you want to be very careful while creating a portal for your team.
A scientist gone rogue in his search for power, Caustic is a tank that can be used to dominate the battlefield or to control the crowd. His toxic gas is a nightmare to the enemies breathing it while giving the advantage to his teammates to flank them while their guard is down.
With his tactical Caustic can put up to 6 traps at a time which gets activated if an enemy pass by. You can also shoot the traps to get them triggered. These traps release toxic Nox gas, which causes blurry vision to the enemies and slows them down while doing continuous damage to them.
Caustics Passive Nox Vision allows him to see through the gas cloud which other legends can’t, and make it easy for him to hunt down his prey. He can also move freely and breathe in the gas while others struggle.
The NOX GAS GRENADE allows caustic to create a massive cloud of gas that lasts more than the traps. It can be very useful in close combats or areas where you can trap squads inside with it.
If you looking for someone to always got your back on the battlefield, then you can certainly put your bets on Ajay Che, aka Lifeline. She is the most effective support legend available in Apex Legends Mobile, and she can turn the tables for any team she’s part of.
Her tactical D.O.C heal drone is also her best friend; she can deploy D.O.C whenever the team needs to heal and can heal all the members altogether, even during the combat. The healing rate gets slower if more members gets attached to it.
While the D.O.C such a good healer, its a lifesaver too when a teammate gets downed during a combat. D.O.C can be deployed in order to revive your mates and while reviving it creates a shield that blocks all the incoming damage, making it one of the best abilities to have in a squad.
Unlike other legends, Lifeline is all about taking care of her teammates and this continues with her Ultimate abilities as well. She can call a care package that includes guaranteed high-tier loot, supplies, or attachments for your weapons. This care package can be a game-changer when your team is looking for instant upgrades or supplies.
All board the Octrain as this guy has no plans of slowing down. After blowing both his legs off now, he’s back on the field to blow your heads. Octane is all about speed and fun; He can really surprise the enemies when they least expect them and can catch them off guard. Catching them reminds me you can’t escape Octane as he’s the fastest on-ground character available in the game.
Octane’s tactical is a STIM which once injected, gives him a huge adrenaline rush for a short period of time which enhances his abilities to run fast at the cost of a slight depletion of HP. This can come really handy in sticky situations when you need to get out as soon as possible to avoid trouble.
Octane’s Passive allows him to self-heal himself over the certain period of time. This removes the need of having medkits all the time on you and can be very useful when your group is lacking a dedicated healer.
The Jump pad as crazy as it sounds, Octane deploys a jump pad to cover further distances in seconds or to jump around and reach higher places to gain an advantage. It is advantageous while traveling around the map and to avoid getting stuck inRingg.
After perfecting the art of deception, The playboy of outlands hit the battlefield with his unique set of abilities that can fool his enemies while he prey on them. Mirage, while he’s fooling around all the time, can’t be taken lightly as the moment you blink an eye, you don’t know if it’s him or his hologram you’re dealing with.
Mirage’s tactical allows him to create a holographic decoy that he can send in any direction to deceive his enemies. This decoy can also be controlled and used to copy real Mirage’s movements, which makes it really hard for enemies to identify which one among them is actually the threat.
Now you see me is a must-have skill in your squad. This ability allows Mirage to cloak himself and become invisible while reviving his teammates or respawning them, making it almost impossible to detect while helping out his teammates.
Up till now if you think Mirage is one crazy Legend to play with, then wait till you try his ultimate ability out. With his Life of the party he can deploy 5 decoys at a time which are fully controllable, making the real Mirage invisible among them. By the time enemies will figure out who’s the real one, it would be game over for them.
Bangalore is a weapon specialist; she spent most of her lifetime in the trenches marking every single target. After her retirement from IMC armed forces she joined the Apex to become the most fearful predator in the outlands.
Bangalore can create thick smoke clouds thanks to her smoke launcher, which makes it hard for enemies to see through and easy for her to prey on them. Her tactical is a huge assistance to her teammate if they get outnumbered, as they can quickly escape under the smoke without being spotted.
Bangalore, while in combat, activates her passive Double Time, which improves her movement speed and reaction time. She can easily move around and escape sticky situations and can flank enemies under smoke when they least expect her.
Her Ultimate brings upon justice to her enemies. Rolling Thunder allows her to call upon airstrike similar to Gibraltar, but these strikes take a little longer to explode and can stun friendlies as well if they end up in the striking zone.
Pathfinder comes under one of the best recon characters in Apex, thanks to the possibilities it has to offer. He’s one friendly robot who is always in search of friends and his creator, but if you lay a finger on his mates you better be prepared for a fight.
Grapple allows Pathfinder to swing around the buildings; the length of grapple decides the cooldown period of this ability, the more distance you travel with it, the longer it will take to cool down.
Pathfinders passive is a game changer; it allows him to navigate through the map and find the location of the nextRingg, which means your team can be there first and stay one step ahead of your enemies. This opens up a lot of possibilities to surprise your foes and plan strategies for the win.
Zipline Gun can be used to make long-distance ziplines, which allows Pathfinder and his team to travel from building to building or to cover long distances in a short amount of time. Zipline is also very useful in situations when on other escape is route is possible.
Fade is the newest addition to the arsenal; his abilities are dedicated to his suit which allows him to temper time and space – creating endless possibilities for him to hunt down his targets.
Flashback allows Fade to relive the moments; he can go back to the exact place he was a while a ago with the help of the void. This makes the combat interesting as the enemy never know when Fade can be right behind them and ready to put them on the ground before they even notice.
Similar to Bangalore, who gets a speed buff during combat, Fade can gain a speed boost after the end of every slide, making him a hard target to hit.
Fade’s ultimate is a real challenge for the enemies as those who fell in the range of his void cage will be pulled towards the void; this makes them a vulnerable target for his teammates to prey on them.
