Baldur’s Gate 3 offers you up to 53 trophies on the completion of various actions during the gameplay in different acts. What are these trophies, and how can you unlock them? Let’s Find out!

In Baldur’s Gate 3, you can unlock and obtain 53 trophies or achievements. Some of them require more effort than others, but once you get all of them, it brings amazing satisfaction. And sets you apart from other players, which seems like another big goal in itself.

To make sure that you may not miss out on any, we have made a trophy list so you can learn about each of them individually. There are trophies that you get unlocked while playing through the Acts. There are a total of three Acts, and each of them has its own set of achievements.

Their rest can be obtained by completing the quests, turning down the enemies, and more. The description of all trophies is given, so give them a read and do the task accordingly to earn the desired reward.

Act 1 Trophies

These are the trophies you’ll be able to unlock during the Act 1.

Devil’s in the Details	Defeat Commander Zhalk in the Nautiloid.
Descent From Avernus	Take control of the Nautiloid and escape the hells.
The Plot Thickens	Leave Act One – for somewhere altogether darker.
Pest Control	Kill the Spider Matriarch before her eggs hatch – why do they have so many legs?
A Grym Fate	Kill the Adamantine Golem without using the Forge Hammer.

Act 2 Trophies

Act 2 has fewer trophies than the first one but you can still add them to your roaster.

The City Awaits	Leave Act Two – Baldur’s Gate is just over the horizon.
Under Lock and Key	Rescue all the prisoners from the depths of Moonrise Towers in one playthrough.
She Cannot be Caged!	Rescue Sazza from the Emerald Grove, Goblin Camp, and Moonrise Towers in one playthrough.
Taking Blood	Steal the Blood of Lathander from underneath Rosymorn Monastery.

Act 3 Trophies

Here are the trophies for the Act 3 which are close to the end game.

All’s Well That Ends Well	Finish the game (with a heartfelt ‘thank you!” from Larian Studios).
Critical Hit	Complete the game in Tactician mode.
Absolute Power Corrupts	Reign with terror: take control of the Netherbrain and bend the world to your will.
Hero of the Forgotten Realms	Save the day: kill the Netherbrain and destroy the Absolute tadpoles.
Sins of the Father	Claim your Throne of Blood: take control of the Netherbrain for Bhaal and break the world.
Ceremorphosis	Make the ultimate sacrifice: become a mindflayer to defeat the Netherbrain.

Quest Trophies

Some of the trophies can be earned during or on the completion of certain quests.

Murder in Baldur’s Gate	Coat the streets of Baldur’s Gate in blood – become an Unholy Assassin of Bhaal.
Leave No One Behind	Save every tiefling refugee you can throughout the game in a single playthrough.
Embrace Your Urge	Become Bhaal’s ultimate weapon – become his Slayer.

Player Trophies

Baldur’s Gate 3 has plenty of trophies for the players as well depending up on their actions in the game and after reaching a certain level of progression.

Roleplayer	Complete ten background goals in a single playthrough – you are one with your character.
Expand Your Mind	Consume a parasite and unlocked a new power – is it meant to wriggle the whole way down?
Jack-of-all-Trades	Multiclass into every class in one playthrough without asking Withers to change your character.
No Penny Required	Successfully use Detect Thoughts to pry into someone’s thoughts.
Busker	Earn a hundred gold from playing sweet, sweet music in a single playthrough.
Action Surge	Perform five attacks in one turn. Your enemies won’t know what hit them (literally).
Homebrewer	Create three unique alchemical solutions in a single playthrough – bottoms up!
Forged in Blood and Fire	Craft an item in the Adamantine Forge.
Repairing the Weave	Stablise Gale’s Netherse orb.
To Bloom in Darkest Night	Gift Shadowheart a night orchid – her favourite flower. Always knew she was a softie.
Hot Date	Go on a date with Karlach – now that’s playing with fire.
Just a Nibble	Let Astarion bite you – ouch.
Loophole	Break Wyll’s Pact with Mizora.
The Lich-Queen’s Wrath	Ally with Voss against the Githyanki God-Queen. Good luck.
Mind Blown	Romance the Emperor.

Enemy Trophies

These are the trophies you can unlock by either defeating your enemies or by performing certain actions.

Trophy	Description
Kill Two Birds with One Gnome	Use one enemy as an improvised weapon against another.
Fists of Fury	Kill a character with an unarmed strike.
Non-invasive Procedure	Kill the Surgeon before he performs surgery on you in combat.
Penny Pincher	Defeat the Toll Collector without her using gold against you – excellent budgeting.
No Free Lunches	Defeat the Apostle of Myrkul before it consumes any Necromites.
First Blood	Kill Orin while her cultists are performing their ritual chant.
Fancy Footwork	Defeat Gortash in Wyrm’s Rock without activating any traps.
Interfectorem Draconis	Kill the Red Dragon in the Upper City.
Crash Landing	In the Wyrmway, wait until the dragon is midflight, then knock it out of the sky – KAPOW.
Shove Off	Kill a creature with falling damage.
Punch Drunk	Defeat twenty opponents while a party character is drunk in a single playthough – down them.

Conditional Trophies

Conditional trophies as the name suggest requires bit of an extra effort to earn. You need to follow certain instructions in order to unlock them.

Escapologist	Break out of prison after being arrested – aren’t you daring?
Bedrolls and Breakfast	Take four full long rests in a single playthrough – adventuring’s tiring work.
Bottoms Up	Long Rest using only alcohol – a time-honoured dwarfish tradition.
Outsourcing	Recruit a hireling. You can befriend them or use them as cannon-fodder – we won’t judge.
Fetch Quest	Play fetch with Scratch – the best boy in the Realms.
You Have Two Hands for a Reason	Pet Scratch and the Owlbear cub at the same time – the greatest joy an adventurer could ask for.

Other Trophies

Rude, Crude, and full of Attitude	Find and summon the quasit Shovel. Or is her name… Fork? Maybe Basket?
Dig for Victory	Dig up five buried chests in a single playthrough – treasure!
Bookworm	Read 100 different books in a single playthrough. Adventuring isn’t just daring quests, you know.
