The final chapter of Crisis Core Reunion tasks you to find all seven Goddess Materia scattered across the map to progress to the next level.
Crisis Core Reunion: Goddess Materia Locations
The last chapter of Crisis Core Reunion aims to locate the seven scattered Goddess Materia to advance to the next level, complete challenges, and confront the final boss. These Materia are essential for unlocking the Portal of Severance, with some in plain sight and others requiring exploration off the beaten path.
There are Seven GoddessMateria in Chapter Ten of Crisis Core Reunion.
The Goddess Materia is used to open the Portal of Severance, a giant gate that gives access to the next level of the game.
The “Depths of Judgement” contains four Goddess Materia.
Lake of Oblivion contains the other three Goddess Materia.
In Crisis Core Reunion’s final chapter, the unique Goddess Materia is crucial. Beneath Banora Village, you’ll discover the Portal of Severance. It requires you to collect seven Goddess Materia items, which, when placed on the Howling Fang altar, unlock the giant door. These items are located in chests within the ruins beneath Banora Village.
Goddess Materia Locations
The Goddess Materia are distributed in various locations in two major regions of the Banora Village, i.e., the Depths of Judgement and the Lake of Oblivion. Finding these goods would take a while, but you won’t encounter many enemies; most of these items are lying in prominent places. There will be a few enemies, but eliminating them is a side mission. You can skip it and focus on the main objective.
Depths Of Judgement
The Depths of Judgement is the first region you will enter once you are in the ruins of Banora Village. This location looks like a cave with lots of crystals lying around. Here, you can find four of the seven Goddess Materia.
You can easily find this first one once you enter the cave. After a few steps into the cave, you will see a chest lying on the ground on your right. Move towards the chest and open it to collect the Light Materia.
The second one is pretty close to the first one. You will notice it as soon as you enter the cave, lying right behind the first chest. After collecting the Light Materia, move down the slope along the path, and you will see an ascending path on your left. Go there to find the Heaven Materia.
Following the path where you came from, you will find a tunnel to your left. Pass through the tunnel, and you will see the chest lying on the right side, just at the entrance of the other side of the tunnel. Open it to get the Ground Materia.
After acquiring the Ground Materia, return to the tunnel. At the tunnel’s end, take the path on the left side that goes upwards, then turn right. The Star Materia chest will be a few steps ahead at the end of the ridge. This concludes the discovery of all four Goddess Materia in the Depths of Judgement.
Lake Of Oblivion
For the other three Goddess Materia, turn back and enter a small tunnel on your right. It will lead to the Lake of Oblivion.
When you enter the Lake of Oblivion, the first chest containing the Light Materia will be on your right. Open it to claim the Light Materia.
The next item is in the opposite direction from the first one. Move to the left side of the entrance of the Lake of Oblivion, and you will see the chest for Being Materia on your right between the lily pads.
As for the last item, go straight on the path toward the end wall of the cave. You will get the chest for the Sabbath Materia.
This article mentioned the locations and guide to gather all Goddess Materia, which is required to complete the main object of Chapter Ten of Crisis Core Reunion. After collecting all Goddess Materia, proceed to the Portal of Severance, where you will place them at the altar to unlock the next level. The next level begins the fight with G-Regicide. Defeat him to get to the final boss.
