The warped sword is one of the best boss soul weapons in Dark Souls 2, and a contender for top Dexterity weapons in all of Dark souls 2. You can acquire this sword from Straid Of Olaphis in exchange for te Flexile Sentry Soul and 1500 souls. It requires a dexterity level of at least 25 and a strength level of at least 15. You can upgrade it to +5 using Petrified Dragon Bone.
This weapon has a very quick moveset consisting of slash attacks. It also has a a unique 4 hit L2 move when coupled with certain weapons. It also has the highest counter damage among all curved words in the Dark Souls 2 and very high poise damage for its class.
Its quick moveset makes it an exceptional choice for both PvE and PvP. Swords with unique R2 attacks retain those attacks when combined with the Warped Sword in the left hand.
This allows for many effective combination. My favourite combination is the the Warped sword and the Washing Pole combo, which allows for a lot of range and two warped swords, which not only looks very aesthetic but basically doubles the benefit a single Warped Sword carries. While you can infuse the Warped sword, the basic version is a very solid choice by itself. By the way, we also have the Best Dark Souls 2 Weapons Guide separately as well.
Pursuer’s Ultra Greatsword
Pursuer’s Ultra Greatsword packs a serious punch while being one of the greatest-looking weapons in Dark Souls 2.
Like the Warped Sword, you can acquire the Pursuer’s Ultra Greatsword from Straid Of Olaphis for 1500 souls and the souls of the Pursuer. This weapon requires at least 30 Strength and 18 Dexterity, making it one of the greatest strength-focused quality weapons in Dark Souls 2. You can upgrade it to +5 using Petrified Dragon Bone.
This is also one of the hardest-hitting early-game weapons. With a Strength and Dexerity level of 40, the +5 Pursuer’s Ultra Greatsword has one of the highest damage outputs in Dark Souls 2. It has a slow moveset consisting of Slashes and Thrusts, making it a great choice for PvE but an underwhelming PvP weapon, It might have a slight learning curve for some people due to its slow hitting speed.
Its cool moveset, relatively high hitting speed for its class, high damage and looks make it one it one of the greatest Boss Souls weapons in Dark Souls 2.
The Curved Dragon Greatsword is a Curved greatsword in Dark Souls 2. This is one of the most underrated Boss Soul Weapons in Dark Souls 2. You can get it crafted from weaponsmith Ornifex by using the Ancient Dragon Soul.

On top of all this, this is also a very good looking weapon, arguably one of the greatest in Dark Souls 2. All in all, the Curved Dragon Greatsword is a fine choice for most quality players.
Another extremely underrated weapon in our Dark Souls 2 Boss Souls weapons guide. Yorgh’s spear is the weapon I had the most fun with in Dark Souls 2. You can get this weapon by giving Weaponsmith Ornifex the soul of Sinh, The Slumbering Dragon and 14,000 souls.
Yorgh’s spear requires a Strngth level of at least 30 and a Dexterity level of at least 25, making it a quality weapon. You can upgrade it to +5 using Petrified dragon bone. Its moveset consists primarily of quick thrust attacks.
If you go for a pure quality build with both Strength and Dexterity at level 40, the Yorgh’s spear will be dealing some of the highest combo damage in the game. Its long range and quick moveset make it a great weapon for all PvE and PvP situations.
Yorghs spear is certainly a contender for the best Quality weapon in the game, and easily one of the best Boss Soul weapons in Dark Souls 2.
Sacred Chime Hammer
Like our Best Dark Souls 2 Weapons list, the Sacred Chime Hammer ranks at number 1 here too. Yes, Its that good. You can acquire this weapon from Weaponsmith Ornifex by trading in the soul of Velsdadt and 3,000 souls.
You can upgrade it to +5 using Petrified Dragon bone. To use this weapon, you need a strength level of 40, Dexterity, Intelligence and Faith levels should be level 12.
You can upgrade the Sacred Chime Hammer to +5 with the Petrified Dragon Bone. Its moveset consists of overhead smashes and spinning sweep attacks.
This weapon’s R2 attacks casts affinity, which releases a number of Dark Orbs that home in towards your enemy and cause damage. Affinity is scaled with Intelligence and Strength. This weapon is one of the hardest hitters in Dark Souls 2, causing ridiculous damage. While it does require a high intellgicent Faith and Strength level to unleash its full potential, all that is justified by how good this weapon is. It is ideal for both PvE and PvP due to its high damage and amazing moveset.
