Barnabus Tharmr, the Dominant of Odin, fought at the end of The Last King’s quest.

Clive can equip Odin’s abilities despite being Ifrit’s Dominant. However, Clive can’t transform into Odin.

Who Is Odin

He appears as a caped-knight riding upon his steed named Slepinir. Typically his appearance is quite demonic, with a sharp-horned helmet and an air of danger surrounding him.
Consequently, Odin is also a classic character in Final Fantasy 16. He is the Eikon of Darkness. Therefore, he has an affinity for the Element of Dark. Furthermore, his Dominant is Barnabas Tharmr, who comes from the militarily advanced Kingdom of Waloed.
Odin can be unlocked simply by progressing through the game. Eventually, you will start a main story quest called The Last King after finishing the Footfalls in Ash quest and fast traveling to Reverie. Upon completing this quest, you will unlock Odin, and his abilities will appear in the Abilities Menu.
