To acquire the quest, ensure you are either done with or attempting the primary mission, Out of the Shadow.
Interact with the NPC, Owain, The Engineer whom you’ll find in Mid’s Dungeon at The Hideaway, to initiate the quest.
Find, locate, and hunt down the BombKing, who will be seen sleeping in The Crock area At Sanbreque, near The Imperial Chase and Heavenhall.
Eliminate the Bomb King with everything you got, considering his deadly attack bombardments.
After killing the Bomb King, gather 3 bomb ashes in the same area.
Take those bomb ashes back to Owain to end the quest.

This second objective will be pretty challenging, so buckle up and prepare to take down the Bomb King. His attack patterns are simple to learn and identify but significantly hurt.
Not only does he unleash massive fiery explosions, but he can also make clones of himself that copy his attack movements. His clones multiply more as his health bar drops, so use everything at your disposal to finish him off quickly.
Upon killing the Bomb King, you get the following rewards:
For this objective, In the same area where you killed the Bomb King, gather 3bomb ashes which will be scattered across the ground in different spots. You’ll see it as a black powdery form with white sparkles glowing out of it.
Deliver The Bomb Ashes
At last, for the final objective, return to Owain and give him all the bomb ashes you have acquired. A cut scene will start, which lasts for about a few minutes. After that, the quest is finally over.
