With the year barely just starting, Sony has already revealed a number of title release dates. Such as the picturesque and intriguing Project Athia. The upcoming PS5 titles were revealed at the 2021 Consumer Electronics Show during Sony’s segment.

However, gamers won’t be getting huge info on the upcoming games as the titles were announced in a-blink-&-you’ll-miss-it kind of fashion. As the titles were revealed in a list of text on the screen for a brief couple of seconds.

While we already know about some of the titles’ release dates shown in the text we have learned that Pragamata will be delayed to 2023. However, PS5 owners will be able to get their hands on Project Athia a lot sooner than expected as early as January 2022.

While Pragamata might be a long time away, PS5 owners should expect these titles to launch in 2021:

  • Returnal – 03/19/21 (Pre-order Returnal here)
  • Kena: Bridge of Spirits – March 2021
  • Little Devil Inside – July 2021
  • Stray – October 2021
  • GhostWire: Tokyo – October 2021
  • Horizon: Forbidden West – 2021

Project Athia Looks Stunning and Just Around the Corner

Project Athia is a PS5 timed-exclusive by Square Enix and Luminous Productions. While PC gamers will also be able to play the game (Yes!!) Unfortunately, Xbox owners will have to wait -unbelievably- two whole years before getting access to the game.

While we got a teaser trailer for the game showcasing crazy magical powers and supernatural creatures back in mid-2020. PS5 owners haven’t had much more information on the title. As we don’t even know the game’s real title.

Considering the game is set to launch in January 2022, PS5 owners can expect to see a lot more information dropping on Project Athia throughout the upcoming months. We got to say this one looks interesting! The teaser trailer showed off incredible looking environments and traversal. Watch it here at the official Square Enix Website.
