Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Classes: Answers & Rewards

There are many classes in Pokémon Scarlet And Violet that players can attend in return for knowledge and rewards.

Pokémon Scarlet And Violet Classes
A detailed guide about classes in Pokémon Scarlet And Violet and their importance.

A huge part of Academies is the classes, just like in Scarlet and Violet Academy. Attending classes here might be up to the player but these classes are beneficial, especially for new players. Each class has its own rewards to give upon attending. Let’s find out in detail what are these classes in Pokémon Scarlet And Violet and why are they so important.

Key Takeaways

  • There are 7 classes players can attend.
  • Classes might be optional to take but they provide benefits if players decide to take them.
  • No class is too long and only contains dialogue scenes and a question for the player.
  • Upon attending classes, players can also participate in Midterms and Final Exams.

All Classes In Pokémon Scarlet And Violet

At Front Desk To Attend Class

Whether you head off to Uva Academy in Pokémon Violet or Naranja Academy in Pokémon Scarlet, the concept of classes in both Academies happens to correspond with each other. Players can attend the Academy’s classes by interacting with the administrator at the front desk, attending a speech, and completing story-related gyms. Not much needs to be done to be able to attend a class.

There are a total of 7 Classes players can attend, give Midterm and Final exams of, and gain rewards in return. By attending these classes players, especially new players gain beginners’ knowledge and battling skills are taught too.

But don’t worry, every class you take is 3-4 minutes long. The teacher gives a lecture and then asks a question from the player (no consequences for being wrong). Each Subject’s class contains Eight lectures in total. Not all classes are unlocked at once, first, the player is required to complete gyms which will eventually lead to more class options available. Following are the classes players can currently attend in the Academy:

  • Biology
  • Math
  • History
  • Languages
  • Battle Studies
  • Art
  • Home Ec

Biology will help players learn in-depth about Pokémon’s Behaviour, Breeding, and how and where to catch up. Pokémon eggs are also an interesting topic Biology teaches about. In Math, players learn about Damage stats, percentages, and basic math calculations. History classes teach players about Paldea lore and historical locations. Languages might be more boring than others, teaching basic languages, communication with Pokémon, and different names.

Battle Studies is considered fairly important, it helps players learn battle skills, techniques, terastallizing, and attacking. By attending Art lessons, players gain general knowledge related to the Pokémon universe along with other basic things. Home Ec helps players get Pokémon food consumption knowledge and meals.

Is Attending Classes Necessary

Taking classes is not a required task to perform in order to progress in-game. Players can simply avoid attending classes with no consequences in return. These classes/lectures are more like the tutorial part you skip if you are familiar with the game you are playing. However, we suggest you do the opposite.

Unlike other game tutorials, in Pokémon Scarlet And Violet, players get rewards for attending classes and learning game mechanics, and that is why we encourage you to not skip lectures. Each class will have eight lectures to attend. After three lectures, players will give their Midterms. Upon clearing the exam, they will be rewarded. After six lectures, players will finally give Finals, and just like Midterms, they will get rewards for clearing the exam. Once all 8 lectures are attended, you will get more rewards.

So, if you want to skip classes and participate in something more fun in the Academy, go on. But attending these classes will benefit you more than you think. Players should never turn away from additional knowledge and rewards.

Answers For Midterms And Finals

If you don’t want to take heed during your class and still want to clear exams for the purpose of claiming rewards, you can check out the answers to Midterms and Finals. Yeah, maybe its cheating, but not everyone is interested in taking classes while enjoying a game. There are only 5 questions that appear in Midterms and Finals both, so don’t worry about it being a time-consuming process.

With no judgments, we have listed down all the questions that will appear in a class’s Midterms and Finals along with their correct answer.

Rewards From Classes

The main reward you can claim from classes is by clearing the exams of each class. Sadly, the reward does not contain a variety of things but it does provide Exp. Candies. These Exp. Candies are quite useful as they help your Pokémon gain experience points to grow upon consumption. The Exp. candies can come in different sizes such as extra small, small, moderate, large, and extra large.

Midterms Reward

After taking 3 out of 8 classes, teachers will take Midterms from students. In order to clear this Midterm examination and gain a reward, players need to answer 3 out of 5 given questions correctly. Upon doing so, players can collect the reward from the administration’s front desk. On passing a midterm, players can collect x5 Exp. Candies S (Small). Once players have managed to take all 7 classes and pass the Midterms of each, they get rewarded further with x35 Exp. Candies S.

Finals Reward

Once players attend 6 out of 8 lectures, they can give Finals by enrolling from the front desk. To clear Finals, players have to answer 4 out of 5 given questions correctly. Once they have cleared a Final examination, they get x5 Exp. Candies M (Moderate). After a lot of hard work for clearing all 7 classes Finals, players get an additional x35 Exp. Candies as a reward.

Classes Completion Reward

There are 7 Midterms and 7 Finals after including each class. So, in total players have to attend all classes for these 14 Exams to attend. Once they have attended and cleared all of the 14 exams, players will be rewarded by Director Clavell. This reward will include x5 Exp. Candies L (Large) making it a must to collect.

Teacher Reward

After attending each class in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, make sure to keep an eye out for teachers roaming around, and if they are available to talk, you can easily spot them through the map. Talking to teachers can result in them giving you a gift (a little unprofessional we agree) if you create a closer bond with them. These rewards include:

  • Biology Teacher: Rewards you for catching PokémonS.
  • Math Teacher: Rewards you Rock Tera Shards.
  • History Teacher: Rewards you by revealing Shrine Locations that can be explored.
  • Languages Teacher: Rewards you with a Pokémon Gallarian Meowth.
  • Battle Studies Teacher: Rewards you with 10 Bottles of Protein for Strength and Happiness.
  • Art Teacher: Rewards you with Dragon Tera Shards to change Tera types.
  • Home Ec Teacher: Rewards you with Sweet Herba Mystica Quest for Shiny Pokémon.
