RE4 Remake Blue Medallions [Locations Guide]

The blue medallions side quest is back in Resident Evil 4 Remake, but this time it’s a little different. Spinels are a common prize from merchant requests in Resident Evil 4. You need to seek for Blue Medallions in one that reappears several times during the game. To finish the tally, one can shoot these items, which are typically dangling from the surrounding area. Destroy The Blue Medallions 1 

Village – Farm Blue Medallion Locations

Reward: Spinel x3

• You can find the Merchant Request on a wall, just before the gate you need to unlock
• Blue Medallion 1 – Behind the hut with the typewriter.

  

• Blue Medallion 2 – Visible in the upper part of the barn and can be shot from both outside and inside.

  

• Blue Medallion 3 – The third medallion is hanging from the ceiling inside the small barn on the western side of the farm.

  

• Blue Medallion 4 – The fourth is inside the low hut in the middle of the farm.

  

• Blue Medallion 5 – Behind the Wayshrine treasure container. You can shoot it from the platform just outside the top floor of the barn.

  

Destroy The Blue Medallions 2

Village – Quarry and Fish Farm Blue Medallions

Reward: Spinel x4

• You can find the Merchant Request. After crossing the wooden platforms on the cliffside, make your way toward the Quarry. The Request is on a post just before you reach the Quarry.
• Blue Medallion 1 – The first Blue Medallion in this Request can be found dangling from a makeshift wooden frame high above the route leading north to the Merchant’s dockside compound. NOTE: You can shoot down a silver lantern hanging on some ropes hanging next to the medallion here; it contains a Ruby worth 2000 pesetas.
  

  

• Blue Medallion 2 – The second Blue Medallion is underneath the dock where the boat is located and where the Stone Pedestal puzzle can be found.

  

• Blue Medallion 3 – The third Blue Medallion hangs from the wooden cabin in the area’s center. After you ascend the first ramp in the Fish Farm, this hut should be right ahead. It may be recognizable by the red and white life preserver that is hanging from the wall.

  

• Blue Medallion 4 – To find the fourth Blue Medallion, proceed to the middle of the Fish Farm, then climb the ramp to the north, turn left, and proceed across the wooden bridge. Drop down the left side of the walkway after disarming the tripwire that is blocking your route. The Blue Medallion will now be hanging to the right of where you are crouching beneath the wooden walkway.

  

• Blue Medallion 5 – The final and fifth Blue Medallion can be found hanging on the southern wall just to the right of the ramp at the center of the Fish Farm.

  

NOTE: Be sure to collect the small key that’s hidden in a drawer in the wooden shack on the western end of the area.

Castle – Gate and Entrance Blue Medallions

Rewards: Spinel x5

• You can find the Merchant Request. After destroying the castle gate with the cannon, make your way past the rubble, and you’ll see the request on a wall just before the entrance.
• Blue Medallion 1 – You can spot the first blue medallion hanging from off the map next to the northern wall that surrounds the castle.

  

• Blue Medallion 2 – The opponent with the parasite you encounter when you first enter the Castle Gate is in the open chamber to the north, and the second blue medallion is on a little window there.

  

• Blue Medallion 3 – The third blue medallion may be found adjacent to the treasure box in the far northwest corner of the Castle Gate.

  

• Blue Medallion 4 – The fourth one is hanging from the dome structure right next to the cannon.
• Blue Medallion 5 – The fifth blue medallion is inside the room where you destroy the boulder entrapment that activates the cannon mechanism.

  

• Blue Medallion 6 – The Final blue medallion can be found attached to a tree outside the walled area. This is found just before the steps that lead to the short cutscene,,, where the catapult blows up a structure.

Castle – Grand Hall Blue Medallions

Reward: Spinel x5

• You can find the Merchant Request Inside the Grand Hall; look for this request on a table in the Merchant room. It’s next to the typewriter.
• Blue Medallion 1 – The first Medallion is hanging from the top of a big, arched window on the left side as you leave the Merchant’s room.

  

• Blue Medallion 2 – You may find the second Medallion hanging by a column behind the statue of the snake, lion, and goat.

  

• Blue Medallion 3 – The third Medallion is located within the dining area between the two paintings and the final window on the right. To see it behind the curtains, you’ll need to position yourself to the left.

  

• Blue Medallion 4 – From the Grand Hall, go upstairs,,, and you’ll see a Blue Medallion hidden within the large chandelier in the center.

  

• Blue Medallion 5 – You may find the fifth Medallion hanging from an archway on the southern side of the Armory’s second level.

  

• Blue Medallion 6 – The Final medallion is on the lower floor of the Gallery. Look for it hanging from a pillar beneath the platform in the southern section.

Island – Cargo Depot Blue Medallions

Reward: Spinel x5

• You may find the Merchant Request hanging on a wall just before the Merchant’s room in Facility 1 Storage.
• Blue Medallion 1 – The first is on your right as soon as you come out of the Merchant’s door.

  

• Blue Medallion 2 – The second medallion can be found high above your head over the top of the Merchant’s door.

  

• Blue Medallion 3 – The third medallion is hidden behind some boxes in the top left-hand corner of the Cargo Depot.

  

• Blue Medallion 4 – While navigating the containers and engaging in combat with the enemies inside, you will come across the fourth blue medallion on the route to the main stairway. Using the map as a guide, locate the medallion next to a red container in the southwest part of the area.

  

• Blue Medallion 5 – The last Medallion is on the southwestern side of the Cargo Depot. You’ll see it hanging from a massive fuel tank.

  

Destroy The Blue Medallions 5

Island – Cliffside Ruins Blue Medallions

Rewards: Spinels x5

• You can find the Merchant Request on the far southwestern side of the Cliffside Ruins. It’s hanging on a wall next to a door.
• Blue Medallion 1 – After picking up the note, turn left,,, and you’ll see this on a wooden structure.

  

• Blue Medallion 2 – After picking up the quest and take a few steps backward. Look up at the tower on the building in front of you, and you will see the Medallion on the window to the right.

  

• Blue Medallion 3 – For this one, turn around and look toward the direction of the building on the right. You’ll also notice the Medallion hanging from one of the wooden repair structure’s planks.

  

• Blue Medallion 4 – Walk a little further and make a sharp turn into the area with the ladder going down for this one. The Medallion may be found in a corner if you enter from the left side behind the ladder.

  

• Blue Medallion 5 – Check the lowest area last. You should spot a chasm with a view of the ocean. The final Blue Medallion may be seen on the rocky cliffs.

  

Rewards For Completing The Blue Medallions Quests

In contrast with the original RE4, this one can grant you the Punisher handgun after only five Blue Medallions have been destroyed. Most importantly, though, there is only one useful thing to be gained from getting every Medallion. The spinel is a new kind of trade currency.

A lot of important upgrades, treasure maps, and weapons can be unlocked with these Spinels, so do complete your requests to get the most out of special items trade.
